Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. No prices are guaranteed; all shipments will be made at prices prevailing at the time of receipt of order.

Delivery: $12.50 will be added to shopping cart orders for shipping. Most products can be shipped within 48 hours. All other shipments are F.O.B. New Braunfels, Texas.

Returned Goods: Materials may be returned for credit within six (6) months of purchase. No goods will be accepted for return unless a Return Materials Authorization has been issued. Contact your area Sales Administrator with requests. Returns must be unused and in original packaging. Credit will be issued at price paid or current price, whichever is lower, less a 25 percent restocking charge. Obsolete, discontinued or special products are not returnable.
Special Order Items: Special order items for a specific customer requirement and specialized one-of-a-kind products are non-returnable and non-cancellable, and may require a prepayment of 50 percent.

Cancellation and Changes: A cancellation or change order charge will apply if any costs for material or labor have been incurred by us prior to notification from the customer.

Corrections: We expressly reserve the right to correct clerical, stenographic and other obvious errors at any time.

Limited Warranty: All Detex guard tour products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship when properly installed, used and maintained according to instructions. We will, for a period of one year from the date of purchase, repair or replace any part which, upon our examination, proves to be defective under normal use. (This does not apply to batteries or to damage from battery leakage.) This warranty will be honored only upon presentation of proof that the product covered thereby was purchased directly from an authorized Detex distributor. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF THE FAILURE OF THE PRODUCT OR DEVICE.
